New ON THE DRAWING BOARD! Doug’s newest design, NOVI GIRL, was inspired by traditional Nova Scotia fishing craft and conceived with electric power in mind. We are hiring for the following positions:

BOAT BUILDER/ EXPERIENCED CARPENTER: We are looking for a carpenter who will enjoy the challenge of turning out the highest quality work on custom new construction, restoration and refit projects. Experience with traditional and wood/ epoxy boat construction is required.

BOAT MECHANIC/ GENERAL HELP We're looking for someone who has some solid mechanical experience to train in inboard and outboard motor service, winterization and repair. Other "general help" responsibilities may include: carpentry help, yard/ boat moving help, finish work, grounds maintenance etc.
