Hey neighbors! Today's the day. We're on 5th Ave this afternoon with SNARR Northeast and 7 labradoodle puppies who need loving homes.

When: Today, Saturday Oct 3, 2–6 PM

Where: Park Slope Open Streets, 5th Ave between Carroll St and Garfield Pl

The pups: Baker, Babylon, Boston, Buffalo, Brooke, Berkeley and Boise. They're 8 weeks old, 6–9 lbs, and good with dogs and kids. Photos attached.

Adoption info (from SNARR Northeast):

• The adoption fee for puppies under a year old is $550.
• If a puppy isn't spayed or neutered yet at adoption, there's a $150 deposit, refunded once it's done.
• Adopters need to be at least 25, and any pets you already have need to be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines.
• The process: fill out an application, SNARR checks your vet and references and does a short home visit, and once you're approved you can bring your pup home.
• You can start the application now at snarrnortheast.org/adopt, or stop by and talk to the SNARR team in person today.

Also happening:

• Bone bar: treats for your pup to pick out.
• Doggie gift bags: fun goodie bags for the dogs.
• Guess the Treats: guess how many dog treats are in the barrel. Closest guess wins a $100 gift card to La Villa Pizzeria. Winner announced on our Instagram (.santinimoving) on Monday.
• Coloring station for the kids.

Not looking to adopt? Bring your dog and come say hi anyway. And if you know someone who's been looking for a puppy, send them our way.

Happy Birthday to our President, Dan Menchini! 🎉

For Dan, U.Santini has always been more than a business. It’s family, tradition, and nearly a century of hard work passed down from one generation to the next.

Dan has spent his life helping carry that tradition forward, leading with pride, loyalty, and a genuine commitment to taking care of our customers, our team, and the community we’ve called home for generations.

It was an honor to help The Green-Wood Cemetery relocate its archives to their newly renovated Green-House at Green-Wood. 

As a fourth-generation Brooklyn family, with generations of our own family laid to rest at Green-Wood, this project was especially close to home.

Thank you for trusting us with such an important piece of Brooklyn’s history. We’re proud to have been a part of this next chapter. Wishing you all the best in your beautiful new space.
