We provide the delivery vehicle, gas, and handheld technology - all you need to bring is enthusiasm, a commitment to safety, and an obsession for making customers smile by braving the elements to deliver the things they love most.
WHEN WE WORK:
We start each day at 11 AM. Delivery routes typically take 8-10 hours to complete, generally finishing by 9 PM. Employees are scheduled to work 4 - 5 days a week, and preference is given to employees with flexible schedules & weekend availability.

- Hourly wage of $20.25/hour.
- Weekly Performance Bonus of $1.00/hour or higher for safe driving and achieving delivery goals. The average value of this bonus in January 2022 has been $14.05/day, equivalent to $1.40 to $1.75/hour assuming a shift length of 8 - 10 hours.
- Pay increases after 6 months and 1 year of employment.

A TYPICAL SHIFT AS A DELIVERY ASSOCIATE INCLUDES:
- Safely helping colleagues and customers with a smile and positive attitude every day.
- Hand loading packages into vans at the start of each shift, lifting, pushing, pulling, and sorting 200 to 300 boxes and packages a day weighing up to 50 lbs each.
- Lifting, bending, reaching above head, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during 9 - 10 hour shifts.
- Safely operating a high-roof cargo delivery van, driving 75-125 miles per shift while maintaining safe driving scores at all times as measured by a vehicle telematics system.
- Use a handheld smartphone device for GPS route navigation, to view customer delivery information, to communicate with dispatchers, and to accurately manage the delivery process at approximately 200 stops per shift.
- Staying active, including walking 8-12 miles and climbing 20-40 flights of stairs per shift while delivering packages to homes, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings.
- Working outdoors and driving in all-weather conditions and various temperature extremes, including heat, cold, moisture, and wind.
