Hiring experienced **Company Drivers** and **Owner Operators** for steady nationwide refrigerated freight. Phoenix metro-based drivers are preferred due to operational efficiency and equipment positioning.

We run structured OTR operations with consistent freight flow, modern equipment, and a compliance-first approach.

# # What We Look For

* CDL Class A with clean MVR
* Valid DOT medical card
* 3+ years verifiable OTR experience
* Strong FMCSA compliance discipline
* Ability to run 600–750 miles/day when HOS allows
* Phoenix metro / West Valley based preferred

# # Company Driver (W2)

* CPM-based pay + stop pay where applicable
* Late-model refrigerated fleet (2024–2025 Peterbilt 579 / Volvo VNL 860)
* Consistent nationwide freight
* Structured dispatch support and planning
* Approved expense card for operational needs

# # Owner Operator (1099)

* Weekly settlements (paid every Friday)
* EFS fuel program with discounted rates
* National tire and maintenance programs (Goodyear, Continental, Volvo MVP)
* Weight station bypass program
* No forced dispatch
* Trailer options available

* $2,500 refundable deposit
* Active LLC / corporation
