Friendly Reminder to Rescues.

If you have a dog booked on PINK Happy Tails Transport to your adopter/foster it is YOUR RESPONSIBILTY to follow up, watch the chat for updates and make sure they know/understand the updates and are at pick ups/drop offs ON TIME!

There is NO EXCUSE to turn off your phone, loose charge, pass out drunk, sleep through alarms, phone unplugged, phones silenced, out to dinner in another room etc-etc!!!!

Your dog is in GROUND TRANSPORT and anything can happen.

Do NOT CHECK OUT till your dog is safely delivered!!!

Any Rescue who CANNOT stay involved will NOT be allowed on future Transports.

PINK Happy Tails makes HUGE EFFORTS to get ALL dogs booked for transport Onboarded..We will, within reason, delay and/or move pick ups to assist. Our goal is to NOT leave dogs behind.

But in the end, we have approx 40 other dogs and senders/receivers planning their days to onboard or pick up their dogs.

Transport is a very expensive Business! And PHT is NOT a 501c3.
We do NOT receive DISCOUNTS or GRANTS or PREFERED PRICING.

So when you book a spot on Pink Happy Tails that spot is reserved for your dogs. And when you are a NO SHOW and cancel that day (for any various of reasons)..that is still the booking party's responsibility.
