Looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, and a reliable company? Iberia Express is hiring experienced CDL drivers for OTR positions across all 48 states!

Position: 1099 Independent Contractor

🔥 PAY OPTIONS:
• Dry Van: 65 CPM or 27% of gross
• Re**er: 68 CPM or 28% of gross
• Team Dry Van: 70 CPM or 27% of gross
• Team Re**er: 70 CPM or 28% of gross
• Heavy Haul: 30% of gross

💰 BONUSES & EXTRA PAY:
• Layover: $100 (starts Day 2)
• Detention: $20/hr after 3 hrs (cap $100)
• Extra Stop: $50
• Inspection Bonus: $100 / $250 / $500

🛣 WHAT WE OFFER:
• High miles & steady loads
• 3–4 weeks out / 3–4 days home
• Travel reimbursement (up to $150 after 45 days)
• 24-hour Safety & ELD support
• Weekly TripPak: $12

📋 REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid CDL (no limited-term)
• 12+ months OTR experience
• Clean driving record
• No reckless driving / DUI / failed drug tests
• Stable work history
