Independent Contractor Positions (1099) Pay is Per Diem-Pay rates vary based on location (city work has more volume vs suburban route's).

Ideal Candidates have prior legal document process service experience. Candidate's with legal or delivery experience will also be considered.
Must have:
reliable transportation, auto insurance, and valid driver license, smartphone, printer.
Independent Process Servers are assigned a coverage area. They receive jobs electronically, review instructions and make attempts to deliver the documents to the recipient. They may be required to make a morning, afternoon and evening attempt. While no work is done on Sunday some Saturdays will be required. Process Servers create their own route and schedule.
This a great supplement to other income, or part-time work with a very flexible self-created schedule.
Candidates must be honest, reliable and organized.
We are currently looking for coverage for all of Erie County.
