My family and I moved to Australia and could not find a trucker that was willing to help us load the container from our property in Santa Cruz mountains and drop it at the port in Oakland.Then we found Rich and Best sidelifter Inc. Rich came to our rescue making time and picking up the container after hours as our schedule was so tight. Then when the container was delayed (twice) Rich was kind enough to securely store the container until the load date was open. Rich went above n beyond and checked in with the shipping line to ensure the load date was available and even communicated it to both myself and the shipping broker (who should have been the one notifying Rich)He was fully committed and open to communicating any day or time directly even when we were in Australia. I strongly recommend Rich and Best Sidelifter to anyone in need of container transport. Fast, on-time, professional, cost effective and just amazing service."
