This isn't a post we like to make. With the rising cost of fuel and overhead we are forced to raise our rates. We are just doing a small adjustment. With much consideration on customer input, we have decided the best way to do this and still keep competitive rates and hopefully not get to expensive for most. Starting October 1st. 2026 we will be bringing back boundaries. We feel like this is the best way to combat the extra expenses of rising cost to operate.

So the boundaries will be Sunnyside, Harrison, Roosevelt and gear. There will be a $1 dollar increase when crossing stated boundaries. Minimums will stay the same and we are not changing the medical run discount or cash discounts. They will be Minimums and the price will reflect stated boundaries and how many are crossed. Any questions will be answered thru direct message. Feel free to comment opinions below but if they get to out of hand, comments will be shut off. You can call the office or message us directly. I (Matt) am thinking about doing some light mechanical work out of our shop on summer street. I its a small shop with only 1 lift so I would only take what I can handle. I have some free time that I could use to make better use of the building. I would be available between 9am till 2pm then i can return from 430pm till around 8pm ish depending on demand. If interested message me directly with any questions. I will be starting out small and will update equipment as needed. REMINDER!!!! Starting at midnight on September 1st 2026, we will be doing a CASH discount. $7.00 cash, in town only 1 person. All other forms of payment are still the $9.00 minimum. All other extras will stay the same just a small discount for paying cash for ur ride. One way we all decided to give back as a company. Hope this helps those who are struggling or just need a cheaper method of transportation. You can buy a punch card that will reflect the $7.00 using ur card but will get charged the credit card fee accordingly. Any questions feel free to message us directly.

All right peeps. Starting Sept 1st 2026 at midnight, we will be starting a CASH special. Thats right, another special to help give back. We have heard from most of you and this is our answer. So here is the details, All normal rides will still be our $9.00 minimum for 1 person if your paying card. If you are paying cash it will be $7.00 minimum 1 person. You read that correctly, a $2.00 discount if paying with cash. This doesn't include partial card payment, must be paid in cash to qualify. On top of that, we are offering $2.00 cash rides to dr. Appointments only. This includes hospital, dental etc... if you have a question either message us or call us at 319-371-1522 to see if you qualify for discounted rides. Reminder this is for in town rides only and prices subject to change.

Spread the word, this could benefit ALOT of ppl in our community. If everything that likes this post, will also share this post, the word will spread to more people and faster so we can get this awesome news out to those in need of our services. Thank you.

So we are also checking to see how much interest there would be if we offered a discount if you paid cash. When we ran the deal in June, we heard from all of you that you wish we could keep it up all the time so we would be considering offering a discounted rate if you pay cash. This is something we can start right away if there is enough interaction on this post between likes and shares. So help us help you in getting discounted CASH rides for everything besides Dr. APPOINTMENTS, because we are already offering a discounted rate for that.

Update: we want to add that the discounted rides and delivery prices are for intown only. If u think that ur address is on the out skirts of town or just have a question, feel free to message us or call us at 319-371-1522. We will offer discounted rides and deliveries for our customers that may be out in the county or farther. Prices will vary due to time and fuel cost.

So here is what we want to try starting today, thru tomorrow and then maybe start again on monday or Tuesday.

We are goning to do a trial run on heavily discounted rides to and from dr appointments in town only and expanding into the food delivery service. We have heard from a few of our customers and this isnt just something that can happen over night. It takes planning and coordination from our staff.

So starting today Aug. 4th 2026 at 10am we will be offering $2.00, THATS CORRECT, $2.00 cab rides to and from Dr. APPOINTMENTS in town only. On top of that we will be offering $3.00 food deliveries on prepaid orders. So order ur food thru any of our local food establishments either thru their website or calling them directly, pay for the food and then give us a call and we will pick it up and deliver right to ur front door.

No hassle no 3rd party apps like door dash etc.... You would be supporting local business that supports local community events. Your same trustworthy drivers that have to go thru background checks and be cleared to drive you will be delivering your food, not some random person you may not trust.

PLEASE SHARE WITH EVERYONE, so we can make this work and be able to put ur money back into the community where u live, where it belongs, instead of a BIG corporation account that doesnt care about our local events.

And for those of you wonderful customers that already use our app, you can still use the app to place a pickup order for your food delivery, just make sure u put in the comment spot, food pickup or delivery so we can tell the difference. Let's make this work so we can help provide another way for you to get to ur dr. Appointments with a trusted company and give options for those working with limited income. To add to previous post, just to be clear this isn't a jab or a idea we got from any other local business. There are some out there, including a new one that is trying to start from the ground up that will offer more services than what we can or potentially will. I am willing to answer any questions thru private messages. Im not here to start drama thru comments or bash on another business. We monitor social media every day and see the comments and personal post wondering why Burlington doesn't have certain things. We are simply just trying to open up our business from just transportation when we could be offering much more. Please let us know what your interested in seeing us try to offer within our business model. Best way is thru private message, I will try and get thru comments as best as I can when im not driving. Seeing how much interest there would be if we decided to offer more than transportation services. To clarify we haven't offered any other services due to staffing and not wanting to put off customers for deliveries etc. We will have a driver available Monday thru Friday starting late August, from the hours of 9am to 2pm then 5pm to 10pm or later if there is alot of interest. What we were thinking was offering a heavily discounted rate to our community for transportation to and from Dr appointments only and maybe even starting to offer food deliveries for a very low rate. Please let us know if ur interested in us going this route. We are trying to give local options to those who may not be happy with their current transportation providers or delivery service's.
