Travel Tip Tuesday ✈️🤍

If you remember one cruise tip, make it this one: arrive the day BEFORE your cruise leaves.

Delayed flights, missed connections, traffic, lost bags. The ship won’t wait for any of it. Flying in the day before means:

🤍 No panic if your flight is late
🤍 A good night’s sleep before boarding
🤍 Getting to the port early, so you have more time on the ship

Disney Believe opens for public booking today, and I’ve been waiting for this one.

Disney’s newest ship sails out of Port Everglades. The maiden voyage already sold out during early booking for past Disney cruisers, so if you’ve been thinking “maybe someday,” today is the day to plan it.

Travel Tip Tuesday: the room in the photo isn’t always your room. 🏨

That gorgeous hotel photo might be a higher category, a renovated wing, a pricier view, or just a sample image. Before you book, check:

✔️ The room category name
✔️ The view type
✔️ The bedding setup
✔️ Max occupancy (kids count, even babies!)
✔️ Whether there’s a balcony
✔️ What’s actually included

The Disney Believe is HERE and friends, I am not okay. 🚢✨

Moana in the Grand Hall. An Encanto stage show you can only see on this ship. A Frozen family feast. Inside Out 2 cupcakes. Drinks in glasses that change color. 😍 And a ship literally named Believe, built around dreams? It’s like they made it for me. 🤍

🚢 Maiden voyage: December 18, 2027 from Fort Lauderdale

Can I tell you a little secret? You don’t need the whole trip figured out before you reach out to me. ✈️

I hear it all the time: “I’ll message you once I know what we want to do.” Friend, that’s literally my job. 😅

That cheap flight might not be as cheap as it looks. ✈️

I know, I know. You see a low fare and your finger is already hovering over “book.” Same. 😅 But by the time you add a checked bag (because hello, we’re a family headed to Disney, we are NOT packing light), pay to sit next to your kid, and drive an extra hour from the “cheaper” airport... that deal isn’t looking so sweet anymore.

The things that sneak up on you:
✨ bag fees
✨ paying to pick your seats
✨ far-away airports
✨ super tight connections
✨ zero flexibility if plans change
✨ fewer options when something goes wrong

Here’s what I always tell my clients: a flight is only a good deal if it actually fits your trip.

So I look past the price at the top of the screen. We compare the real cost, the schedule, and honestly, the stress level. Because the cheapest option isn’t always the best one... and the best one isn’t always the most expensive either.
