Kick off the Skagit Skies Airshow with the Children’s Museum of Skagit County at the Pre-Flight Bites Fundraiser on June 27th, 5–7 PM at True North Bakery/Skagit Regional Airport. Proceeds benefit our new interactive AVIATION EXHIBIT!

We are excited to have the opportunity to help kick off the Skagit Skies Airshow AND raise funds for our next interactive installation – the Aviation Exhibit! This unique, 21+, evening event will take place at Skagit Regional Airport, on the ramp in front of True North Bakery. Surrounded by the aircraft that will feature in Saturday’s airshow, you’ll have the opportunity to watch some flying, meet the pilot performers and show sponsors, see our airplane, learn about the exhibit, participate in fun STEAM activities for grown ups – including a balsa glider competition- and there will even be a special parachute demonstration by the US Army Golden Knights Parachute Team!!

Thanks to Port tenants Chuckanut Brewery – South Nut Taproom, True North Bakery, Garden Path Fermentation, SVC Cardinal Craft Brewing & Westland Distillery, you’ll be able to sample food and drinks as you enjoy the evening’s events. Tickets are available for those 21+; include tasty Bites from True North and 2 drink tickets. $45/Ticket for One or $85/Ticket for Two.

**EMERGENCY DRILL, FRIDAY, SEPT 15**
The Port of Skagit will conduct a mock mass casualty incident training at Skagit Regional Airport from 10am-Noon on Friday, September 15, 2023 for Port staff and local emergency response agencies. During that time there will be a large emergency response presence at Skagit Regional Airport. This response will be visible from Crosswind Drive and Higgins Airport Way. Please note: THIS IS A PLANNED AND COORDINATED EXERCISE, NOT A REAL EMERGENCY. Thank you.
