Lucky us!!! Wonderful customers, beautiful pianos, and new memories to be made (Christmas Carol sing-alongs) after this piano made a tricky entrance into its new home. I asked lots of questions to prepare our crew for a successful move and this customer was EXCELLENT in sharing information and measurements.
Some moves are simple and straightforward, some are not - questions help us to prepare and impact your time as minimally as possible on move day.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but don't rely on a picture and end up spending thousands on a "free" piano. We know that a piano that has been loved is sometimes in need of a new home. We also know that the best way to be sure you are getting a quality instrument is to see it, play it, and ideally have it looked over by a tuner. Be sure that the piano you see in the picture is the actual piano you are considering.
As sentimental as pianos are, they reach the end of their life at some point. Please ask questions before you take a piano that should be disposed of. How often is it played? When was the last tuning and how frequently was it tuned? Don't fall victim to a piano that can't create fond memories for you and your family.
