At Idaho Specialized Transportation, our dispatch team is the backbone of everything we do. We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Dispatcher to help coordinate loads, support our drivers, and provide exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do
Dispatch and coordinate loads efficiently
Communicate with drivers, customers, and brokers
Monitor load progress and provide updates
Solve problems quickly and effectively
Schedule appointments and manage route changes
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Work as part of a supportive, team-oriented office
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Transportation or dispatch experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
CDL preferred but not required
