✨️Ethiopian Airlines has announced the launch of new flights connecting Addis Ababa (ADD) Ethiopia and Lyon (LYS)France via Geneva (GVA) Switzerlandset to launch on July 2nd 2026.
✨️The airline will operate three weekly flights on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdaysoperated with Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
✨️Ethiopian Airlines will expand its network in France to three destinations alongside Paris and Marseille

✨️Indigo has welcomed its 1st Airbus A321XLR(Xtra Long-Range) aircraft from airbus.
●Reg:VT-NLA
●Engines: 2x CFMI LEAP-1A33X

●Seat Configuration: 195 seats( 12 IndiGoStretch seats & 183 economy class seats).
✨️The aircraft will be deployed on the airline’s upcoming non-stop services connecting Mumbai to Athens from 23rd January 2026 and Delhi to Athens from 24th January 2026 operating thrice
weekly on both routes.
✨️The airline has ordered a total of 40 A321XLR aircraft with nine expected to be delivered in 2026.

✨️Ethiopian airlines group has announced the commencement of construction of one of the largest airports in Africa Bishoftu international airport(BIA) EthiopiaLocated about 40 kilometers southwest of Addis Ababa.
✨️Construction begun on January 10th 2026 following an official groundbreaking ceremony event graced by His Excellency Dr. Abiy Ahmed the Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
✨️Phase one valued at approximately USD 12.5 billion is expected to be completed by 2030 and will accommodate up to 60 million passengers annually. When fully developed BIA will have the capacity to handle 110 million passengers annually making it the largest airport in Africa.
