We want to clarify a few things …..

1. Our neighbors in Rockland at the UPS Store have made the difficult decision to close their doors. Although the sign outside represents a corporate affiliate, the folks inside were local and we certainly wish them well in their transition.

2. GPS is open for business and as always continues to offer not only UPS shipping, but also FedEx, freight, and courier services.

3. Amazon returns have previously been offered through a QR program offered only at UPS Stores. (In order for us to accept your Amazon returns, you must select to print your free label. This can be done from your phone in our store if need be). It is not a program that we can simply adopt as it is a contract between Amazon and the UPS Store. We are happy to help you in any way that we can. Please be patient and kind.

With great sadness and respect, we say goodbye to the woman who started it all. Carole-Ann, you were an entrepreneur and a dedicated community member. I am so grateful for the opportunity to carry on the business you created. Here we are almost 20 years later and people will still refer to us as Pop n Pac …. and I still smile every time.

I am sending everyone home early today! The holidays can be stressful and trying to navigate through the seasons first snow storm does not need to be added to the list. Stay safe and we will be back at it tomorrow morning at 9am.
