At Woodfield Trucking, we are blessed with more than just great bosses — we have leaders who truly care about their employees, are dedicated to their drivers, and have built a company rooted in family, faith, and strong values.

Jimmy and Kathy lead with kindness, compassion, and a genuine love for the people who make Woodfield what it is today. They understand that behind every truck on the road and every employee in the office is a family, and they never lose sight of what matters most.

Their dedication goes far beyond running a successful business. They have created an atmosphere where employees feel valued, drivers are appreciated, and everyone is treated like family.

This week, we're shining the spotlight on Matthew Nutt, Director of Operations and FSO, who has been part of the Woodfield family for 9 years!

Originally from Camden, Arkansas, Matthew helps keep Woodfield's daily operations running smoothly. When asked what motivates him to do his best, his answer was simple: His family!

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf and spending time with his wife and four kids. His favorite family vacation destination? Disney!

Thank you, Matthew, for your dedication and everything you do to keep Woodfield moving. We're grateful to have you on our team! 🚛

Earn $1,000–$1,300 weekly with a schedule of 5 days out and 2 days home. Drivers who live along the route may even have the opportunity for an additional night at home during the week.
