We have three local Austintown Fitch students who stop by our shop almost every single day, typically to say they are broke and want a Capri sun 😎 Truth be told they have quickly become some of our favorite people.
In a world where it’s so easy to get glued to a screen, it’s refreshing to see these guys out choosing the sunshine, the trail, and the fresh air. They are consistently polite, respectful, and genuinely great kids to be around.
We’ve had some heart-to-hearts lately about the reality of trail etiquette. Unfortunately, they’ve shared stories of being met with ignorance or rudeness from others simply because they are riding e-bikes and a scooter. We’ve been coaching them on how to handle that—reminding them that people often fear or judge what they don't understand, and that staying kind is the ultimate power move.
The truth is, while our city and township infrastructure struggles to keep up with modern transit, these kids are out here trying to navigate their world responsibly. We are proud to have them as regulars and will always be in their corner. Keep riding, guys! 👏
