A new menu is coming to First Class Dining aboard the Royal Gorge Route Railroad.

Beginning September 4th, Chef Johnny Church, the Executive Chef at Antithesis, will introduce a fresh, flavorful menu to First Class Lunch and Dinner aboard the RGRR. Expect bold flavors, the finest ingredients Colorado has to offer, and thoughtfully crafted dishes designed to make your journey even more spectacular.

The new menu brings back some familiar favorites with a fresh approach, alongside brand-new dishes to discover. The new menu features selections like slow-roasted prime rib, slow-cooked and seared king salmon, and our vegetarian spinach lasagna.
