⚠️CONDITION "YANKEE" FOR HURRICANE MILTON: The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) has set Port Condition "YANKEE" for Port Canaveral. Sustained gale force winds are predicted within 24 hours. Port Canaveral is open and conducting limited Port operations and preparing for the closure of waterside and vessel shoreside Port operations. Jetty Park has closed, the port will be next. Prepare ahead of time otherwise you may not have enough time to do so.

TowBoatUS Port Canaveral will be pausing all on water operations Tuesday evening. If you plan to move your boat, please be careful and watch for fast moving weather as approaches.

PORT CONDITION ZULU
By order of the Captain of the Port Sector Jacksonville, as of 0000 Local Time 26 September 2024, Port Canaveral is closed to all vessel traffic and ship to shore cargo operations except those specifically authorized by the COTP. Commercial vessels over 500 GT ITC are prohibited from remaining in Port.
After the storm's passage, the port will be re-opened after a satisfactory assessment of the waterway, including critical aids to navigation, has been conducted.
