We hope everyone is having a wonderful summer!

As you prepare for the upcoming school year, please take a moment to review the items that are prohibited on the school bus.

When selecting a water bottle, please ensure it has a secure, spill-proof lid. Water bottles with open straws or uncovered drinking spouts will not be permitted on the bus. In addition, all water bottles must fit completely inside your child's backpack.

These guidelines help keep our buses safe, clean, and free from hazards for all students.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to provide a safe transportation experience for every child. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for a fantastic school year!

Can you believe it! We are in the last few days before summer!

LTES has early dismissals all week. Last day is June 18th.

Schools dismiss at the following times:
Sandman - 12:35pm
Memorial & Maud - 1:05pm
Mitnick - 1:40pm

ATTENTION LTES FAMILIES!

Due to an unforeseen expansion of the detour/construction on Seashore Road, any students with bus stops on Seashore Road or who live on Seashore Road will need parent transport until Thursday. Buses 17 and 20 are affected. Transportation will resume on Friday.

If your child is absent or arrives late due to this situation, it will not count against them. Please notify your child’s school if they will be absent.

This week, we performed Bus evacuation drills at Charles W. Sandman Consolidated School, Maud Abrams, and Mitnick Schools.
Each child was given instructions on how to handle an event requiring them to quickly exit the bus.

It is always good practice to review this with your child.

Tuesday, April 28th, we will have a David C. Douglass Veterans Memorial School bus evacuation drill.
