The other signs the paychecks. 😂

When 80-pound dumbbells end up in the middle of the office, apparently work stops and the entire company gathers around to settle an IU vs. Purdue bench press debate.

No conference room.
No PowerPoint.
Just 80s, a crowd, and bragging rights on the line.

Competition is part of the culture around here.

And apparently, so is making questionable decisions in the middle of the workday. 😂

The hardest part of every summer is saying goodbye. 💙
As we wrap up another incredible internship season at Koola Logistics, we’re feeling especially grateful for this year’s group of interns. Their talent, energy, and willingness to jump in wherever needed made a lasting impact on our team.
This summer felt a little extra special because they weren’t just part of the day-to-day — they were a key part of one of the biggest milestones in Koola’s journey: our move into a brand-new office space. Watching them help shape this exciting new chapter has been something we won’t forget.
To our interns: thank you for the long days, the laughter, the fresh ideas, and the hard work. We can’t wait to watch you continue to grow throughout the rest of your college careers and beyond. The future is incredibly bright, and we’re proud to have been a small part of your story.

Home sweet home. 💛
In 2019, Koola Logistics called a small office with just 3 desks home.
Today, we’re opening the doors to a new headquarters in Carmel with room for 300+ team members.
What started with a vision, a lot of faith, and a handful of people has grown into something we couldn’t have imagined. Every milestone has been made possible by our incredible employees, customers, carrier partners, and community who have believed in what we’re building.
But this move isn’t just about a bigger office.
It’s about creating more opportunities. More careers. More families impacted. More businesses served. More ways to give back to the community that’s supported us from the very beginning.
We’ve come a long way—but if there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that we’re just getting started.
Here’s to the next chapter. 💛🚛
