This recently renovated 3 bedroom (king, queen & twin bunk over double bunk) 2 bath home provides easy access to downtown Carmel, while enjoying a private, quiet location. Enter into a living room with lots of glass looking out to a canyon view of the Mission Trails green belt area and seating area. 2 guest bedrooms are off the hallway on this level. One with a queen bed and the other has bunk bed

s with a twin size bed over a double size. Guest bath is off the hallway with a tub / shower combination. Stairway from the living room leads down to a second living room / dining room area and kitchen. Kitchen has been updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, Nespresso Gourmet Coffee maker (owner provides starter supply of pods) as well as standard coffee maker and grinder, and is separated from the dining area by a service bar. Dining table seats 6 and looks to the second living room with large stone faced fireplace, seating area, entertainment center (TV with cable and HBO, able to stream Netflix and Amazon Prime content), DVD player and stereo with CD/radio). This room also has lots of glass and canyon views plus doors leading out to deck which wraps around to side and provides access to barbecue. Master bedroom is off this living space and features a king bed and private bath with double sinks and shower. Continue through the bathroom to a utility room with stacked washer/dryer and door onto side deck with barbecue. Home is located about 3 blocks to downtown and 10 blocks to the beach. Owner provides handy beach supplies include a cooler on wheels, beach towels for 8 and small wagon to help haul beach supplies. Parking off street on paved pad for 2 cars plus additional street parking available.
