Most recent build for a customer needing additional hitch options for different kinds of trailers. Fabricated and welded a perfectly fitting 3/4 steel plate and welded in a 30k lbs curt 2-5/16 ball. Large D rings for trailer chains, all cleanly bolted to the frame for easy removal if they ever decide to sell the truck or use it strictly for big trailers.

Bearings fail, when they do they typically take your spindle with them. Just because they do, doesn't mean your bottom line needs to go with them as well. We've got a solution that gets you back on the road in no time. Cutting the old spindle off and replacing with a newer more serviceable spindle for when trucking happens again...keeping you on the road more and bottom lines low.

Sometimes bringing a trailer to the body shop isn't feasible due to time restrictions or importance... no worries. We bring the Full body shop to the customer. Anything that we do in the shop can be done in the field on site. Saving down time and getting money making units back on the road.

Well Sunday started off wild with a slider box coming out from under a trailer. Monday is not wanting to be out done by starting the day off with a lost load all over the hwy. Got it cleaned up and back on... only lost about 15 planks total. Found the rest.

Customer had the lift gate removed and needed a new rear bumper section built. Box also had a caved in bottom bolster tube from hitting docks. So we cut it all out. Replaced tube with a thicker 4x4 tube. Then extended the frame rails out to support dot bumper. Pulled the electrical more inward to avoid dock bumpers along their dock. and fabbed it all together.. finished product came out looking fantastic. Customer was super stoked about the new look of their truck.
