Ready to learn a new skill? We are looking for candidates that would like to learn the sandblast and paint trade. This full-time position starts at $20 per hour and has on-the-job paid training.

This position REQUIRES that you MUST be able to travel every week. Currently, the consistent travel occurs from April through October but could change at any time. The time spent out of town during remote work varies; sometimes it is for a week but could be up to 14 straight days or more. The company pays for the hotels. The employee will get reimbursed for daily meal per diems at the next payroll cycle.

We offer full-time benefits including health, vision, dental and life insurance, paid holidays and vacation and 401K with a match.

With Sandblast experience and/or a Class A CDL, the starting rate of pay ranges $20-$25 per hour.

Bolin Enterprises is hiring for the Tank Inspection team.

Tank Cleaning Maintenance Tech
Location: Casey, IL

Rate of Pay: $18-$25 (based upon experience and/or certifications such as a CDL)
Travel or Overnights Required: January through March: travel is 3-5 days per week – April through Mid-December: travel is 5-10 days at a time. Bolin pays for hotel accommodations and reimburses per diem for meals in the employees following paycheck.
Overtime Pay: On the road, overtime applied after 8 hours
Average hours per week: 50-65 hours

While the position is seeking someone with a background in abrasive blasting and painting, a candidate that demonstrates initiative, willingness to learn, can boldly take on new processes, and is committed to strictly adhere to safety regulations, will also be considered for this position.
