What happens when you take aviation professionals from around the state and have them volunteer for Wyoming Food Bank? They turn it into a competition and do 3 hours of work in 1.5 hours.

Together, we stickered 1,360 MAC bags, stickered 3,000 plastic bags, and cut and tied 870 mesh bags.

As part of the Wyoming Airports Coalition conference this year, we provided a volunteer opportunity with the Wyoming Food Bank so that we could give back to a program that supports our communities around the state. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped us make this opportunity great!

REMINDER: We still need help naming our newest snow plow! ❄️

Natrona County Elementary Schoolers are invited to submit their snow plow name to us for the chance to name one of our vehicles! The name will be featured on the plow, and the winner will be invited to visit the Airport for an up-close look at all of our snow removal vehicles.

Contest Details:
Deadline – Friday, November 13, 2026
Who – Elementary students in Natrona County
What to Submit – Named snow removal equipment template, a short paragraph of why we should choose your name, and a completed entry form including a parent/guardian signature

The Selection Process:
Airport staff will select 3 finalists (announced on our page)
The community will vote for the winner in December
Winner and their class will be invited to tour the airport and get to check out the snow removal equipment

Last week, our airport was honored to host the Wyoming Airports Coalition's annual conference here in Casper.

During the event airport employees from around the state, WYDOT, FAA regional representative, aviation businesses, and others gather to share new information and ideas, learn from one another, network, and keep our state-wide airport community strong.

We were honored to welcome Senator Barrasso as a special guest speaker and are very thankful for his donation of an American Flag to the event's raffle.

Even if travel isn't in the cards for you, a visit to the airport can still be a break from daily tasks.
Park for free (if parking for under 4 hours) and visit our observation deck in the main terminal to watch the variety of planes that take off and land here in Casper.
Stop by the Veterans Memorial Museum and get a glimpse into Casper, and Wyoming's history and roles in different conflicts.
We even offer terminal tours, call ahead and schedule one to get a guided walk through our terminal to learn more about our operations.

Calling Natrona County Elementary Schoolers! The Casper/Natrona County International Airport’s snow removal equipment (SRE) fleet is growing, and we need your help naming our newest vehicle!

We are excited to be the home of the State’s new helibase, adding to the growing list of wildland fire operations at the Airport. Yesterday we got to take a tour of the facility and couldn't resist sharing it with you!
