All rabbits are sold on a first come, first served basis as we do not offer a waitlist. Our rabbitry is closed to the public for the safety of our rabbits. All rabbits are guaranteed to be healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. We reserve the right to any pick of any litter before any rabbit is put up for sale. No rabbit is sold until they have been evaluated by our rabbitry and
are at least 10-12 weeks of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason. We do not guarantee temperament, sex before 6 months of age, health after the rabbit leaves our care, weight, fertility, color, or show placing of any rabbit. Baby rabbits are impossible to evaluate for show quality and take time to develop. Please know that we take great care in our rabbits, but they are all truly individuals. We do not currently ship our rabbits via airline. It is solely up to the buyer to arrange transport if unable to pick the rabbit up in person. We do not refund any monies if transport is not found. We do not guarantee any rabbit transported by a third party. Transport price will vary and is at the buyer’s expense. Pickup in person at agreed upon location is free. Rabbits must be picked up by buyer within seven days of the pickup date. If the buyer is unable to pickup the rabbit on the arranged pickup date, a $5 per day boarding fee will apply. If arranging transport, rabbits must be picked up within thirty days of payment being received. If transport falls through, after thirty days, there will be a $5 per day boarding fee. If the rabbit is not picked up within seven days of boarding fees being applied, the rabbit will be placed back on our available page, and all monies will be forfeited. We are easy to work with, so if the buyer runs into a problem, please reach out to us. Please bring a carrier to transport your rabbit in your vehicle. All rabbits will go home with transition food and a birth certificate will be emailed.
If you purchase a pet, you will not receive a pedigree as pets do not have the potential to live up to the ARBA's Standard of Perfection and would not be bred within our program. Approved breeders (ARBA, HLRSC, 4-H, FFA, etc. members) will receive a pedigree and must use the name given for both breeding and showing purposes. You must be eighteen years old to purchase a rabbit. Youth breeders, please be sure to have an adult contact us.
We require a nonrefundable $50 deposit to hold any rabbit. Full payment is due before any rabbit leaves our care. We accept cash and Venmo (friends and family) only. Price Ranges:

We understand that life happens and will not place judgment on anyone who needs to rehome their rabbit. Should the buyer decide they can no longer care for their Holland Lop, buyer agrees to contact Aspire Creek Rabbitry so that we may take the rabbit back into our care, or help with placement. At no time is the buyer to give the rabbit to anyone without our approval as Aspire Creek Rabbitry has the first right of refusal. No refunds will be given.
