I was asked what sets us apart from others.... while there are several defined items, the biggest was demonstrated recently when the driver instantly recognized a client was showing the signs of a stroke when picking them up from a medical appointment that their staff missed. Client was successfully discharged from the hospital after emergency hospitalization & surgery.
