Zentner Transportation, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, NE. has an opening for a OTR company driver. We are a family owned and operated company of 40 years that keeps family and home time at the top of our list. Our lanes include Nebraska to California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Then reloading the same day back into Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and Iowa, sometimes Kansas, South Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri, and Illinois. Depending on variables in the trucking industry in most cases it's an easy 5 1/2 day round with a day and a half home. We are looking for a driven individual who will look after our equipment as if it were their own, someone who is willing to partner up and make things happen. We treat our employees honestly, looking after an employees well being and family. We are looking for someone in the central Nebraska area.

I've cried in this truck. I've been hurt, sad, lonely, and depressed in this truck. I've screamed, yelled, and lost my mind in this truck, but I've also found peace and clarity in this truck. Some days are worse than others, but even when I'm going through it all, this is where I figure things out in time. Most don't understand the level of chaos your mind plays with you when you're by yourself for hours upon hours mile after mile. Some days, the stereo is cranked up, and you just vibe to the music, and other days, you really understand the lyrics and feel like that song was written with you in the room.

November is men's mental health awareness month, so reach out and shoot the s**t even if they say they're fine. You never know what someone is going through. Be a friend or family member who makes a difference. None of us are promised tomorrow, so love each day like it's your last and love one another. I know I can definitely take my own advice and be nicer each day. Never forget the ones who cared enough to make an effort.
