As many know, Marshall Browning Hospital has been hosting a free senior chair exercise class at Marshall Browning Estates on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:30 am. (When the weather is beautiful, we sometimes move the class outside.) Due to the growth in these classes, we are pleased to offer a third class every Tuesday from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., beginning June 2. The classes are taught by Cass Vandermeer and are free to the public. This is a wonderful opportunity to improve strength, flexibility, and balance, while meeting new friends.
