The KRN family is looking to add another member to our team. If you are interested in general aviation and how aircraft work, this is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on learning experience working with aircraft parts. We are looking for someone energetic and motivated to take & fulfill customer orders by phone and email while utilizing excellent customer service. We genuinely have a family team atmosphere at KRN, so applicants must be friendly, able to laugh, helpful, and respectful of other people. Salary depending upon experience and attitude.
KRN is looking to fill a long-term full-time position that offers group medical/dental/vision/life insurance & paid time off benefits.
Duties:
•Handle incoming calls, faxes, and emails from our customers regarding inquiries on parts for sale from our warehouse.
•Provide customers with answers to their questions, calculate pricing, create quotes, and process customer orders all while demonstrating excellent customer service.
•Communicate efficiently with other departments to fulfill customer orders quickly.
What is required:
•Highly motivated and energetic.
•Excellent customer service.
•Personable and willing to learn.
•Basic computer skills, able to use Microsoft Excel/Word & email, etc.
What is a plus:
•Knowledge of General Aviation parts & manufacturers
•Knowledge of Quantum software by Component Control
