When the Bolin family started Senior Rides a year and a half ago, we knew there was a need… helping seniors who either can’t drive anymore or simply don’t feel comfortable behind the wheel.
What we didn’t realize was just how deeply connected we would become to the people we serve. Somewhere along the way, our customers became family. ❤️
We’ve been blessed to help some of our sweet seniors get to appointments, run errands, move into new homes, and navigate seasons of life that can feel overwhelming alone.
Most recently, we learned that one of our precious regular customers, Miss Etta Mae, had been living without a working oven in her apartment. So we set out to change that. Thanks to the kindness and generosity of Brenda Gordon Bolin, Etta Mae now has a new oven and can cook again in her own home.
Moments like this remind us that Senior Rides is about so much more than transportation. It’s about showing up for people, building relationships, and loving our community well.
Being able to bless others truly is what it’s all about. 💛
