There are many benefits to having a positive attitude at work. Your attitude is a form of expression of yourself. A positive attitude helps you cope better under stressful situations at work. Attitudes help to develop the prevailing workplace environment that determines employee morale, productivity and team building abilities. Workplace attitudes have an effect on every person in the organization, from the employees to the clients and even the company owner.

We begin our Monday with our Core Values mid-month update for August. We continue with "Accept Accountability" under our Service Excellence pillar.

Truly accountable people are very hard to find. Accountability comes from within. It is not something you are given - you have to choose it to own it. Many people can be responsible for helping out on a task or initiative, but accountability belongs only to one person who will be judged on the completion of the work or project.

has done it again! As most of our school districts head back into the classroom this week, our back to school supplies drive has filled up another conference room! We will stuff some backpacks full of supplies to help our employees in need who requested in and then donate the rest to local schools! Thank you to everyone who supported our annual back to school drive!
