A little History:
Mark Howell is an A&P and IA and has been involved in aviation since he was 15 years old. He obtained his A&P in 1980 and started as an A&P apprentice at JAARS Airfield in Waxhaw, North Carolina. He obtained his Inspection Authorization in 1984. He is a commercial pilot with multi-engine and instrument ratings and has been flying since 1976. Mark has worked all his life in aviati

on, as a mechanic and pilot, and has been the Service Manager for Atlantic Flight Service, a Fixed Base Operator in Texas and a mechanic and pilot in Alaska before returning to Wilgrove. Donna Howell is a North Carolina native and has a degree in accounting. She worked in that capacity with Lance for 20 years. Mark and Donna are partners in Cardinal Aviation
