Safety and preparedness are always our top priorities at the airport, and we’re proud to stand alongside our dedicated community partners who help make that possible.

Recently, we conducted our Triennial Full-Scale Drill, where teams worked together to simulate a mass casualty incident. This exercise allowed us to test our ability to respond quickly, triage and treat patients, and coordinate critical support services—including transporting resources and providing water to those on scene.

This complex drill was made possible through a truly herculean effort by our airport staff and partnering agencies. Their commitment, teamwork, and professionalism ensure that we are ready to respond when it matters most.

🚨 Community Awareness Notice 🚨

Today, the airport will be conducting a scheduled Triennial Full-Scale Emergency Drill as part of our ongoing commitment to safety and preparedness.

During this time, you may notice an increased presence of fire and rescue vehicles entering and exiting airport property, as well as activity that may appear to be an emergency response. Please be assured—this is only a drill.

This important exercise allows our team and our community partners to practice coordinated response efforts during a simulated mass casualty event, helping ensure we are fully prepared to respond in a real emergency.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to keep our airport and community safe.
