As the Owner of Xquisitely Trucking LLC, I make it my duty and business to personally meet EVERY one of our employees. When I worked a 9-5 for many years I have only met the Owner of a company ONCE! That is crazy and I never wanted that when starting my own company. I also wanted the employees to know and feel like they can come to me about anything!
