We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment!

📋 Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls and make outbound customer calls.
* Respond to online customer inquiries and service requests.
* Assist customers with scheduling, billing, account questions, and service needs.
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
* Collaborate with peers to deliver excellent customer service.
* Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
* Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with office programs.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

🕒 Available Schedules:

Full-Time: Monday–Friday, typically 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. No weekends!

Part-Time: Flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Certain household items require special handling and should not be placed in your regular garbage. Taking the time to dispose of these materials properly helps protect collection workers, equipment, and the environment.

🇺🇸 Holiday Collection Reminder 🇺🇸

As we celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America, we'd like to remind our customers of a small schedule change for the holiday.

Due to the landfill closing early at 11:45 AM on Friday, July 3rd, our collection routes may begin earlier than usual.

🗑️ If your pickup day is Friday, please place your garbage cans at the curb on Thursday evening to ensure they are collected.

✅ Regular collection schedules will resume on Monday, July 6th, and service will return to normal.

Thank you for your cooperation and for allowing us to serve our community. We wish you and your family a safe, happy, and memorable Independence Day as we celebrate 250 years of the United States of America! 🇺🇸🎆
