Madras Airport Day 2026 was a huge success thanks to all of our sponsors, vendors, volunteers and estimated 1,200 attendees!! We couldn’t be more happy about all of the families who got to experience aviation and get to know the Madras Airport!! We love getting the community here and showing them the beautiful world of flight! Can’t wait to see you next year!! ( May 29, 2027🤭)

Madras Airport Day is TOMORROW morning from 8-12 and we can hardly wait! Free swag bags and t-shirts for kids ( thanks to Bend Aircraft, World Fuel Services, EAC, and EAT. We have many aircraft on display thanks to Erickson Aircraft Collection and Erickson Aero Tanker! Enjoy displays, crafts, airplanes and some amazing food from Red Beard Barbecue! We will also be hosting a pancake breakfast, put on by the local scout troop as a fundraiser from 8-10. Can’t wait to see you there!!

Harvest Festival and Fun Run Recap!! Despite the weather we had the best time getting the community together at the Madras Airport!! Kids participated in trunk-or-treat, many ran in both our 5k and 1 mile fun run, and there were many delectable boxes of donuts being enjoyed! Families and friends had a blast stepping into the hangar to look at some beautiful planes and enjoy a hot beverage and some popcorn! Thank you to everyone who came, we look forward to next year!
