A few faces that make up the team behind our operation - on the far left and far right we have Kris and Gabby, two of our fleets pilots - then center we have Luke who is one of AeroGroups Owner Operators and Brooke who is our Director of Member Experience and Branding.

Different roles, one mission: taking care of our members and delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they step into the hangar to the moment they arrive at their destination.

Proud of this team and grateful for the people who make Aero Group what it is.

What does it actually take to stock an aircraft well?

It’s more than filling a refrigerator and putting snacks in a drawer.

A well-stocked aircraft starts with knowing the people who fly on it. What do they reach for first? Coffee or tea? Still or sparkling water? Something salty, something sweet, something healthy? Do they like a full meal, or just something small for a quick flight?

Then there’s the practical side.

Everything needs to be easy to access, securely stored, appropriately portioned, and arranged so the cabin stays clean and uncluttered. Drinks need to be cold. Snacks need to be fresh. Perishables need to be monitored. And there should be enough variety to accommodate different preferences without turning the galley into a grocery store.

And perhaps most importantly, everything has a place.

Aircraft space is limited, so stocking well is really an exercise in balance: enough to be prepared, not so much that you’re carrying unnecessary weight or creating clutter.

The goal isn’t excess.

It’s anticipation.

When someone steps onto an aircraft, they shouldn’t have to think about whether the basics have been handled. They should simply find what they need, when they need it, in a cabin that feels clean, comfortable and ready to go.

That’s a small part of what goes into creating a great member experience before the aircraft ever leaves the ground

There’s something pretty special about the Piaggio P.180 Avanti.

With its unmistakable twin-pusher configuration, spacious cabin, impressive efficiency, and ability to operate out of airports that can be less practical for larger business jets, the Avanti has earned a pretty unique place in the world of private aviation.

We’re fortunate to have three Piaggios currently under our management, and after spending plenty of time around them, we can tell you firsthand: they’re not just interesting to look at, they’re incredibly capable business aircraft.

For owners, the appeal is hard to miss:
✈️ Excellent efficiency
✈️ A surprisingly spacious cabin for its class
✈️ Impressive speed and range
✈️ Great short-field capabilities
✈️ A distinctive flying experience you simply don’t get in most other business jets

But while we have a particular appreciation for the Piaggio, our job isn’t about managing one type of aircraft.

We’re about managing the right aircraft for the right owner.

And that’s about to get even more interesting.

We’re preparing to welcome two new aircraft to our management portfolio, and neither of them a Piaggio. Different aircraft. Different capabilities. Different owners. Same philosophy:

Take exceptional care of the airplane.
Know the details.
Anticipate the needs.
And make ownership feel a whole lot easier.

Three Piaggios today. Two new aircraft on the horizon.

We like where this is headed.

When every detail matters, excellence isn’t an accident, it’s a choice made long before takeoff.

From meticulous planning to genuine hospitality, we believe trust is built in the moments most people never see. That’s why we strive to serve with integrity, humility, and care, knowing that how we do something matters just as much as what we do.

Because the best journeys begin with a strong foundation.

One of the biggest misconceptions about private aviation is that it’s only for billionaires.

The truth? Private flying is often far more attainable than people realize.

Many of our members are successful business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, and families who simply value their time. When you factor in the convenience, flexibility, privacy, and the ability to fly on your own schedule, private aviation can make more financial sense than many expect.

Skip the security lines. Arrive minutes before departure. Access thousands of airports commercial airlines can’t. Turn travel days back into productive, or relaxing, hours.

Private aviation isn’t about excess.

It’s about freedom, efficiency, and making the most of what matters most: your time.

If you’ve ever assumed private flying was out of reach, you might be surprised. We’d be happy to show you what membership really looks like and help you explore whether it fits your travel needs.

Working in corporate aviation gives you a front-row seat to a world few people ever experience.

You see remarkable success. You see extraordinary generosity. And yes, sometimes you see excess. But over time, we’ve realized that wealth itself is neither the virtue nor the vice. It’s simply a magnifier. It reveals the values that were already there.

One lesson this industry has reinforced for us is that stewardship matters at every level.

There are costs in aviation that simply are what they are. Maintenance, safety, regulatory requirements, and many operational expenses aren’t places to cut corners. Excellence demands investment, and rightly so.

But there are countless smaller decisions made every day where character quietly shows itself.

At AeroGroup, one of the things I admire most is that we don’t spend our owners’ money as though it’s unlimited simply because it could be. Our operations team has cultivated a mindset that asks, “If this were our own aircraft, would we make the same decision?”

That means we don’t automatically assume the most expensive option is the best one. We look for products that are reliable, well-made, and appropriate for the job. We compare quality, longevity, and value - not prestige. Because spending wisely isn’t about spending the least. It’s about spending with intention.

For Aerogroup, that’s what stewardship looks like.

Whether someone has ten dollars or ten billion, the principle doesn’t change. We are all entrusted with resources, and every decision is an opportunity to honor that trust.

We’ve come to believe that one of the greatest luxuries isn’t having the freedom to buy anything. It’s having the wisdom to know that not everything worth buying should be bought.

In a world that often equates excellence with extravagance, there’s something quietly admirable about choosing discernment instead. Sometimes the highest level of service isn’t spending more, it’s caring enough to spend wisely.

Why Pilot Duty Limits Matter

Flight schedules are built around many variables, but one of the most important is pilot duty time.

Under FAA regulations, pilots are limited in the amount of time they may remain on duty before a required rest period. That duty period begins when the pilot reports for duty, typically well before the first departure and includes far more than time spent in the cockpit.

Preflight planning, weather review, aircraft inspections, passenger coordination, fueling, paperwork, flight operations, and post-flight responsibilities all occur within that duty window.

As a result, a seemingly minor delay early in the day can affect the remainder of the schedule. If extending a trip would cause a crew to exceed its allowable duty period, the schedule must be adjusted or a new crew assigned. Safety and regulatory compliance always take precedence over convenience.

While it may appear that a pilot has only flown a few hours, those flight hours represent just one portion of a much longer duty day.

In business aviation, successful trip planning isn’t simply about aircraft availability, it’s about ensuring both the aircraft and the crew can operate safely, legally, and efficiently.

Because at the end of the day, the schedule doesn’t dictate safety. Safety dictates the schedule.

Business aviation continues to show strong momentum in 2026, driven by executives, entrepreneurs, and families who value flexibility, efficiency, and reliable access to destinations commercial airlines can’t always serve. As demand remains elevated, thoughtful trip planning and trusted aviation partnerships become increasingly important.

At Aero Group, we focus on what matters most: providing personalized service and seamless access to private aviation when your schedule demands it.

The Weight of Luxury

One of the biggest misconceptions about private aviation is that if there’s an empty seat, there’s room for anything you want to bring.

In reality, every aircraft has carefully calculated weight and balance limitations. Passengers, luggage, golf clubs, skis, pet carriers, catering, and even fuel all factor into the equation.

Before every flight, our team considers:
Total passenger weight
Luggage and oversized items
Fuel requirements and range
Weather conditions
Runway performance at departure and arrival airports

Sometimes the most efficient flight plan isn’t determined by distance—it’s determined by weight.

This is why we may ask about luggage quantity, golf bags, sporting equipment, or additional passengers before confirming your trip details. It’s not about limiting the experience; it’s about ensuring the safest and most comfortable flight possible.

Private aviation offers incredible flexibility, but behind every seamless departure is careful planning and precision.

Luxury is effortless for the passenger because someone else is doing the math.
