​One Call Home Delivery Services is expanding, and we are looking for 2 professionals to join our high-performance delivery and installation team for our Sleep Number contract.
​If you take pride in your work, handle physical daily labor with ease, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

​💰 WHAT WE OFFER
​Driver: $950 / week
​Helper: $750 / week
​Bonus Opportunities: Performance, attendance, and route-goal incentives for even higher pay!
​Steady volume, reliable pay, and growth opportunities with a scaling company.
​Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

​📋 WHAT YOU’LL DO & WHAT WE EXPECT
​Deliver and install premium bedding products into customers' homes as an efficient 2-man team.
​Represent a professional, customer-first brand with an exceptional work ethic (no supervision needed).
​Handle physical work daily (lifting, stairs, tight spaces).
​Schedule: Monday – Saturday (full commitment required) with early starts (6:30 AM load-out).

​🛠️ REQUIREMENTS
​General (Both Positions):
​Valid REAL ID or government-issued ID.
​Clean background required (background check enforced).
​Smartphone (Android preferred for job app use).
​Reliable transportation to the warehouse in Richmond, VA.
​Must be physically capable of heavy lifting daily.
​Driver Specifics:
​Valid driver's license (REAL ID compliant).
​Valid DOT Medical Card (Required).
​Clean driving record.
​Experience operating box trucks (16ft preferred).
