Drivers have to follow regulations that govern how many hours they can drive per day. How to log their hours and how often they need to take breaks.

Drivers can split sleeper berth time into two periods as long as neither period is less than two hours.

For my dispatcher, sign up as an agent with a factoring company. You can get residual monthly income from your factoring company. As you are searching for new carriers you will find that most of them will not have a factoring company. Sign your carrier up with the factoring company that you are an agent with and get paid to dispatch their load. Then get paid from the factoring company to factor their loads with that factoring company๏ฟผ.

You get paid on both ends and you create an additional revenue stream ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿค‘๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ

A driver's compliance with hours of service is really vital. To help your drivers operate in compliance with HOS regulations, explain what they are and how they work. Discuss the different limits, breaks, and resets, and be sure to cover any rules that may be specific to your state or industry.

Here are some of the tips for the driverโ€™s hours of service:

โ˜‘๏ธ Drivers are allowed to work 14 hours per day.
โ˜‘๏ธ Only 11 hours of that 14-hour shift can be driven.
โ˜‘๏ธ Drivers must take a 30-minute break before 8 hours of driving.
โ˜‘๏ธ Drivers are allowed 70 hours within 7 days. At the end of the 7 days, they can recapture hours back at midnight of the 8th day.
