Driver Recruiter — STI Express Inc.
STI Express Inc. is looking for an experienced, motivated Driver Recruiter to help us grow our trucking operation by recruiting qualified CDL drivers and owner-operators.
Responsibilities
* Recruit CDL Class A drivers and owner-operators
* Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
* Make calls, conduct initial interviews, and follow up with applicants
* Explain company pay, lanes, equipment, and requirements
* Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers
* Coordinate with operations and safety to move qualified candidates through the hiring process
* Build long-term relationships with drivers and owner-operators
What We’re Looking For
* Previous trucking/driver recruiting experience preferred
* Strong communication and sales skills
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Comfortable making a high volume of calls
* Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus
* Ability to work independently and meet recruiting goals
Compensation
Competitive pay + performance-based bonuses/commission.
