As the response to the Coronavirus changes our world by the minute, we understand that our clients rely on us daily to fulfill their delivery needs, and that those needs may change quickly as offices close and people work remotely. We would like you to know 4 Star Courier plans to remain open during normal business hours staffed for your needs.

As a Collective all 4 owners are cross-trained in each position of the company. We have added monitoring information from the CDC & WHO to the list of information feeds our dispatchers have been monitoring daily for years. We are committed to adjusting our expectations as we learn more about this situation. And, we will always do what’s best for our customers and staff.

We are also monitoring the health of our messengers - as owners and couriers we see our people every day - and we maintain a record of their deliveries in case they deliver to a company where a COVID-19 case has been reported. If this occurred we would compile a list of their stops and send a warning to those clients visited and the appropriate authorities. Any of our couriers that have had possible contact with a COVID-19 patient or exhibit symptoms of the virus will be sent home and instructed to seek testing. We have a fairly flexible staff of full and part time couriers that allows us room should such an event occur. More generally, we’ve asked all our staff to exercise extra caution and follow all CDC guidelines on protection from this virus.

Should we have issues servicing your needs, we will keep you advised via email and our phones will always have someone to take your call. We will continue to vigilantly monitor the health and welfare of our staff and our ability to service our clients as well as how critical pandemic issues affect us all from day to day. We would like you to know our staff stand ready to serve our clients at work, at home and remotely when you need it done.

Still a little stunned! Cubs Win! Heads up! Planning parade for tomorrow or Monday. Lots of traffic and people! Bikers and drivers (whoever you drive and bike for) be careful out there!

Well whoever thought that was going to happen? The Cubs are going to the World Series! Congrats to them and our city and our home Chicago!!!

Oh hey, I'm doing a bang up job on updating! But at least a lot better than before. Of course Sunday was 10/9 Messenger Appreciation Day. I hope messengers past and present got the appreciation they deserve! It's nice to know that even in this day in age of advanced technology we still play a major role and have a day to acknowledge our hard work. Also a big shout out to our one and only Nico (Indigo) for topping the NACCC! We couldn't be prouder of you representing Chicago couriers! Thank you!
