Wheels On Cruises - Disability/Accessibility Specialists

Wheels On Cruises - Disability/Accessibility Specialists We work with disabled, seniors, and slow walkers who want to experience all they can without feeling left out.

We help them by creating life-changing cruise journeys with shore excursions that lets them see the world at their own pace Alfrieda Dockery has been in travel since 1984, she began work as an outside sales agent (independent contractor). After a few yearss she was able to start U Send Me Travel. During the growth years group business.developed and grew. Many individuals were hesitant to travel f

ar away, or to foreign countries, so they chose to cruise. Being a part of the baby boomer generation, some of her clients, friends and family members began to deteriorate both physically and mentally. Having clients with physical limitations and other health issues, she found herself ordering a wheel chair for this person, researching how another person could travel with their oxygen tank, then another person has to travel with insulin for their diabetes and it goes on and on. Having several family members and friends with mobility issues, and planning their travel with them, it became apparent that a lot of information was being collected. With all this information she opened another branch to her office that specializes in providing cruises for special needs clients. These uniquely created cruises allow our clients to see the world without boundaries, or limitations. “Wheels on Cruises is quickly becoming the go to place to plan a cruise, which will allow you to travel with your own equipment, or rent equipment. Allowing each individual/senior or slow walker to travel at their own pace.
