As we wrap up a busy month, we'd like to look back at (and share!) a very special event with you:

This May marks the 15th anniversary of BMM!!! 🎉 🎉🎉

As a part of our celebrations, we rented out the wonderful Francois Frankie in downtown Chicago for a night of food, drinks, laughter... and some memorable awards and prizes. 💸

Thank you to each and every one of the amazing people that make and have made our company what it is today - and an extra thank you to those of you from our stellar teams in Saginaw, Michigan and Nis, Serbia who made it out to mark the occasion with us! 🤗

Here's to 15 more years of BMM! 🥂

Were you wondering where our Employee Spotlights were on Thursday and Friday?! 🕵‍♀️🕵‍♂️ So were we! … Just kidding, we knew exactly what was going on, but we missed them all the same.

Worry not, though, we are back at it with a fresh feature of the day… 🔦 Hannah! Hannah is about this 🤲 close to being at her 90-day mark, which means that she’s already solidified her place in the team and settled in.

Hannah has been an enthusiastic participant in our theme days, much to our delight - so much so that we’ve added her to the theme committee! She came up with an incredible last-minute idea for this last Friday’s theme and pretty much saved the day. 👩‍🚒

Her time so far at BMM has also included Halloween (meaning our Halloween party!), for which Hannah dressed up as a Parisian! 👩‍🎨 The other highlight of that day, Hannah said, was watching her teammate Jen dominate at a ball tossing game. 🗑

In addition to Jen, the other power 💪 (Woman in Logistics) at her side, Hannah has found her team to be “super, super encouraging”. They work hard, they joke hard, and they are always there to help.

When she started, Hannah admitted that she was a little nervous, but she gained confidence 🧗‍♀️ through consistency and the support of her team, who set her up for the success she is now attaining.

Overall, Hannah has found that her positive attitude has carried her through any challenges. It’s also won her the admiration and respect of numerous colleagues! 💫 😎

Though we’ve already mentioned that Hannah was a Parisian for Halloween, we forgot to mention how well she nailed the look… it’s easy to understand how when you learn that she loves traveling. She and her boyfriend are looking forward to going to Italy or Greece next year! 🛫 ⛲

Nothing quite beats home, however, nor the Chicago skyline. 🌃 🌇 Hannah enjoys trying out new restaurants and other spots in Chicago with her boyfriend whenever they’re able… and we love hearing new recommendations whenever she has them!!!

We are looking forward to seeing more of Hannah in 2023! 🥂
