TJM Express Inc., a FedEx Ground contractor, is URGENTLY HIRING full time delivery drivers. Drivers will be operating out of the Cincinnati, OH terminal, located at 9667 Inter Ocean Dr, West Chester, OH 45246, and will be making deliveries in the South Eastern Indiana area in step vans provided by the employer.
No CDL required! FedEx/Amazon/UPS/DHL experience is a plus!
Pay: $160-$170/day based on experience
Training Pay: Same as starting pay
Work Schedule: Full time 5 days a week, Tuesday-Saturday, Sunday-Thursday
Work Hours: 8:30AM- 5:30PM or until delivery completion.

Delivery Driver Requirements:
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• 1 year of job-related driving experience preferred but not required (Uber/door dash, construction, landscaping medical transport, etc)
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Must complete a DOT physical and drug test (FedEx pays for this)!
• Physically able to handle up to 150lbs (with assistance of a dolly)
• This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck repeatedly and deliver around 70-85 stops per day



Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
• Arrive at FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
• Must conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
• Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
• Delivering packages to the correct destination
• Accurately scanning and logging packages
