We meticulously design each experience from beginning to end—beautiful places, incredible food, art, culture, rest, indulgence, and a few pleasant surprises we purposely don’t tell you about. 😉

You don’t have to research it. You don’t have to figure out what’s worth doing. You don’t have to plan every detail.

You simply arrive and experience.

We’ve done the discovering, planning, and curating for you—so your only job is to enjoy the beauty along the way.

Today was fun, beautiful, and such a sweet reminder of what happens when we simply give ourselves permission to experience more joy.

We called back pieces of our girlhood—our love of nature, curiosity, play, and childlike wonder. We talked about the beauty all around us, from the bluffs to the river to the trees, and let ourselves enjoy the simple things.

We also explored what it means to become our own first friend—to deepen and strengthen the relationship we have with ourselves, and recognize how the love, care, honesty, and grace we give inwardly naturally ripple into the relationships we build with others.

We walked through Theodore M. Berry International Friendship Park, tasted Golden Berries, Dragon Fruit, and Papaya, made bracelets at our Charm Bar, took cute pictures, laughed, and remembered the joy of simply playing in the sun.

Sometimes returning to yourself looks just like this. 💚✨

What began as an invitation to slow down has become a beautiful curriculum for soft living—with each month offering a new way to return to ourselves.

🌸 August: Friendship & Frolicking — reclaiming joy, play & girlhood
🧁 September: Soft & Sweet — learning the art of receiving
🍵 October: Tea & Tenderness — nourishing the body and preparing for a slower season
💐 November: The Art of Gratitude — honoring the parts of ourselves we’re thankful for
✨ December: Soft Life Dream Boards — dreaming, envisioning & putting our 2027 manifestations in motion

Beautiful activities are part of it, but they’re not the point. The point is making intentional space to pause, tend to yourself, connect with other women, and keep becoming.

Soft & Sovereign is more than a series of beautiful gatherings- it’s a curriculum for soft living.

These experiences have been quite potent and powerful if we do say so ourselves!

Each month, we explore a different way to return to ourselves through intentional experiences that nourish the mind, body, and spirit. From flowers and fragrance to friendship, tea, Divine Feminine tools (yoni steams, waist beads, & yoni eggs), gratitude, and dreaming again, every gathering is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and become more of the woman you’re meant to be.

This isn’t about escaping your life.

It’s about learning to live it more fully.
