Customer Review:
I had a great experience with an out of state move using Hercules. The rate they charged me was significantly less than I was quoted for at a big box mover, and it was also for 3 men, instead of the 2 men big box mover quote. There was no damage to my stuff. The movers were all polite and knowledgeable and asked where I wanted everything and gave me no trouble or hassle.
I have only had experience with one other moving company in the past, where they tried to steal my belongings and broke my stuff (and hid it). This is certainly not the case with Hercules. I would use them again in a heart beat.

We had a great experience with Hercules Moving & Storage. Eric and Russell showed up right on time and moved us on one of the hottest days of the year. They were a great team - professional and very careful with our belongings. We had some pretty heavy furniture which they maneuvered down and up stairs, with not a scratch or nick left behind on anything. Their efficiency kept the price very affordable too. Would highly recommend Hercules!

I am ECSTATIC. My husband and I were so nervous we couldn't get anyone to help us move a MANUAL treadmill down to our finished basement. They helped us move an Assault Elite manual treadmill, which is NOT easy to do. I was blown away by Talt & Charles' ability to get that thing in our basement. I am forever grateful. Since they have a 2 hour minimum, I did take advantage and asked them to move a standalone bar, a small children's desk and a microwave, up out of the basement, in to our garage for disposal. AND they moved a table and 4 chairs out of my storage room in to the finished area of my basement where I wanted it. I am SO HAPPY. Thank you Talt and Charles, y'all are amazing.

I can't say enough about how amazing these guys are. I had to find someone to help me move and very quickly after a car ran into my building rendering it unlivable. Not only was everyone I spoke to so caring and understanding of my situation but they were so fast with being able to help me out. Unfortunately I was not able to use them for packing as they were too far booked out, but they even helped me there when it turns out the people I did hire were awful and didn't do things properly. They gave me tips on how to ensure I can get my money back from the other place and were extra careful with items that weren't packed properly. They even assisted in getting an old a bed out of my new place before we could get my old bed moved in. Russell and Eric were just the sweetest and nicest people. And they were so fast too! I cannot recommend this business enough. Thank you guys for all you do and for all your understanding ❤️

We used Hercules for a move last week. This was a three stop move (load at a storage facility, a house, then moved into a house). The move was set up with Stephanie in the office, she quoted me the price structure, set up a time that they'd arrive, then called the day before the move to confirm. She was always friendly and efficient. T and Charlie showed up right on time at the storage facility, got everything loaded quickly, moved on to our house, loaded that quickly and went to the drop off house and got everything unloaded, put into place in an amazingly short amount of time. There was no wasting time by these two men, they worked non-stop from the moment the truck stopped moving until it was completely unloaded and the paperwork was done. They were friendly, hardworking and efficient. This is the third time we've used Hercules, once about 25 years ago, once 2 years ago, and last week. Three different crews, but the same company philosophy and same work ethic by all of the employees. Their pricing is extremely reasonable. I wouldn't use anyone else for a move in the Cincinnati area. They're top notch.
