It breaks my heart to hear the tough time these two girls are going through. Zoey and Catherine are the daughters of our business partner, Eliot Deters, who helped my father establish The Village Post and assisted me in the transition following my father's passing. Eliot and his wife Kim are exceptional people and parents. Zoey now faces a major procedure and will undergo care at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Please take a moment to read through their story and consider helping this wonderful family through a tough time if you are capable.

We are praying for safe procedures and recoveries for both Zoey and Catherine.

Zoey (ZoZo) and Catherine (Katie) are amazing sisters. I think Zoey enjoyed being an only child up until the time she first laid eyes on Catherine four years ago. Ever since then, these girls have been nearly inseparable. They constantly support and encourage each other as they exchange laughter, tu...

Did you know FedEx processes roughly 3 million packages daily? FedEx has long since moved away from employee handling to full fledge automation. Their facilities are several stories high and operate under a constant whirlwind of packages sorted by conveyor systems and mechanical arms. Speed drives efficiency. However, this speed can come at the cost of a gentle touch.

That's why we at the Village Post prioritize packing your items with great attention and care. Depending on the fragility of your item(s), we offer recommendations from "Not Fragile" to "Extremely Fragile". Our lowest evaluation is for items that can withstand the high speed operations at a large sorting facility such as clothing or stuffed animals. Shipments deemed extremely fragile are packed in not one but TWO boxes. The item(s) are individually wrapped with 3" of large bubble wrap extending from each dimension and nestled into the interior box among biodegradable packing peanuts. That box is then placed into a larger additional box with at least 2" separation on all dimensions and secured with even more biodegradable packing peanuts in the difference.

Our point of pride lies in the fact that we have yet to have any package that has undergone this level of care (from paintings to fine china) arrive to their destination damaged in any way!

Please give us a call, email, or message through our website if we can help you with your shipment needs.

Best,

We have recently partnered with Amazon to make our store an official Amazon Hub location!

Are you expecting an Amazon package to arrive but won’t be home on its delivery date? We’ve all heard stories of delivered packages fall into the hands of opportunist. With this new service, you won’t have to worry.

Your Amazon packages can be delivered and kept safely to our store to be picked up at your convenience. The best part about this, it’s NO EXTRA COST to you!

After opting your package be delivered to our Hub location (details outlined here https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201911200), you will be emailed a pick-up code upon delivery. Bring that code with you for us to scan/enter and your package will be safely in your hands!

*Currently, we can only service package pick-ups. However, coming Fall 2020, you will also be able to drop off your Amazon returns! This includes shipping label generation from QR codes!

When your package is ready to be picked up, you'll receive an e-mail notice from Amazon.com, with a unique pickup barcode.
