Trucking company located in Cincinnati Ohio seeking a full-time mechanic to help maintain fleet of 32 tractors and 70 dry van trailers.

Position would be to work with head mechanic on fleet repairs and maintenance. Significant learning opportunities in working with experienced head mechanic.

$750 sign on bonus

We are predominantly a Freightliner & Peterbilt fleet with 60-series Detroit engines.

Duties would include performing PMs, annual inspections, and routine maintenance.

Maintenance & inspection of tractors would require knowledge with differentials, transmissions, drive shafts, brake systems, electrical systems, hydraulic, HVAC systems, steering, engine items including items such as: turbo, fan clutches, injectors and cooling system.

Maintenance & inspection of trailers would require knowledge of: Axle, brake and suspension, Lighting/Electrical, Aluminum and wood flooring, Welding & Fabrication.

Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills is a must.

Must have adequate computer skills and will be required to use maintenance software to track work performed.

Must have some own tools

THE POSITION

Full-time Monday through Friday, early AM start and off before 6PM.
Pulling 53' dry vans with general freight locally in Cincinnati/NKY, and out to Indianapolis, Columbus, Louisville, etc.
Drop & hook and dedicated work is common.
All freight is 100% no touch to the driver.

THE EQUIPMENT

Late model Freightliner Columbia day cabs and 53' dry van trailers
Assigned truck - no slip seating
In-truck tablet provided for communications (no ELD required!)
On-site fueling & maintenance at yard
Spare trucks - down-time doesn't mean lost hours!

THE PAY

Drivers are paid weekly via direct deposit, and will average around $75,000 their first year, with the opportunities to earn more available!

$100 WEEKLY SIGN-ON BONUS - Beginning from your first full week, and paid out in 26 weeks for a total of $2,600.

$150 WEEKLY ATTENDANCE - Beginning from your first full week. Paid out as long as you show up on-time and work your full shift.

QUARTERLY SAFETY BONUS - Begins after six months, and starts at $0.50 per hour worked. The longer you're here, the bigger it gets!

REFERRAL BONUS - Receive $500 for every qualified driver you refer to us after they work six months. No limit to how much you can earn!
Average starting pay for experienced drivers is $27.73 per hour (base + bonuses*)

We're looking for candidates with 1+ years of CDL-A experience to join our growing team!

Monday thru Friday dayshift position with average start time of 0500 and running within 150 mile radius of Cincinnati. Position is all no-touch dry van freight with drop/hook dedicated freight mixed in. Drivers will work 11-14 hour shifts with an average of 55 hours weekly.

Pay is $21.25/hour with time and a half overtime pay after 45 hours.
This position includes a $2,500 signing bonus, full benefits after 60 days, and paid vacation/401k after 1 year.
