Try our Spicy Bbq Rub for the Holidays, goes great with Turkey, Ham, Ribs, Brisket, Steak, Chicken, Beef and so much more. Try it with party mix for a little spicey kick!:
Lake Cisco Bold and Spicy Snack Mix
Ingredients
2 cups Corn Chex
2 cups Wheat Chex
2 cups Rice Chex
1 cup mini pretzels
1 cup Cheez-Its (any variety)
1 cup mixed nuts (optional)
½ cup butter (1 stick)
⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons Lake Cisco Rub
1 family-size bag M&M’s or Reese’s Pieces (optional, add after baking)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
2. Mix the dry ingredients:
In a very large mixing bowl, combine:
Corn Chex
Wheat Chex
Rice Chex
Pretzels
Cheez-Its
Nuts (if using)
3. Make the seasoning coating:
In a microwave-safe bowl:
Melt the ½ cup butter.
Whisk in the ⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce and 3 tbsp Lake Cisco Rub until smooth.
4. Coat the mix:
Slowly pour the seasoned butter over the cereal mixture in stages, stirring well after each addition (hands or a large spoon) until everything is evenly coated.
5. Bake:
Spread the mix evenly onto two large rimmed baking sheets.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Rotate trays (top to bottom, bottom to top) halfway through to ensure even browning.
Remove once golden and crisp.
6. Cool + candy:
Let cool completely.
Once cooled, stir in 1 family-size bag of M&M’s or Reese’s Pieces (optional).
